  2. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Someone will be at the front desk. Wear something comfortable.
  3. Tell us what you want. Full body, feet, or both — and how long you have.
  4. Coming as a pair? Book the couples session and relax side by side.

Before you come

Good to know.

Do I need an appointment?

Booking is the surest way to get the time you want. Call 631-801-6088 to book. Walk-ins are welcome whenever someone is free.

How does the deposit work?

A deposit of 20% of your service holds your time, and comes off your total on the day. We will contact you after you book to arrange it.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

What if I’m running late?

Please call us. We hold your time for 10 minutes. If someone is booked right after you, your session will still end at the original time. After 15 minutes with no word from you, the time may go to the next guest.

Can two of us come together?

Yes. The couples session is 60 minutes for two people side by side, $130. Call to book so we can set up the room.

Can I get a refund?

No. As posted in the shop, payments are non-refundable. If your plans change, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we will move your booking.

When should I arrive, and what should I wear?

Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in. Wear something comfortable — we take care of the rest.

Free street parking is available near the shop on East Jericho Turnpike.
